Enquiry privacy notice
When you submit a property or business-service enquiry, Infolinks Training & Consultancy Limited stores your name, phone number, optional email address, request details and the page or campaign that brought you here.
How we use your details
We use your details to answer your enquiry, discuss relevant options and arrange requested inspections or quotations. We send optional promotional updates only if you select the separate updates checkbox. You may withdraw that permission at any time.
WhatsApp and direct contact
After saving a request, you can choose to open WhatsApp and send the prepared message yourself. WhatsApp processes your message under its own privacy terms. You can also contact us directly without submitting the form.
Visitor statistics
We count page views by date, page and campaign label on the Properties and ITC-CIS pages. These statistics do not identify individual visitors. Viewing a page does not give us your phone number or email address. We do not use advertising cookies in this feature.
Robotics consultation bookings
We store the contact details, consultation requirements, appointment times, payment references, verified payment records and status history needed to manage your booking. Staff sign-in uses an essential secure session cookie. Your private booking-management link grants access to your request; keep it confidential. If email is configured, the approved provider processes appointment messages. Only aggregate visitor statistics are used on the existing division pages. Contact ITC to request correction or deletion of consultation information, subject to necessary business records.
Access and retention
Enquiries are available only to authorised administrators. We keep enquiry details for follow-up and business records, and review them for deletion when no longer needed.
